The HBDO Fundamental EOL® Index is a synthetic rating index and a component of the HBDO Fundamental Index® Series. EOL® Synthetic Rating Index measures the ease on doing business per country/market through the 3 EOL indicators: the quality of Entrepreneurship (E), the ease of conducting Operations (O) and the quality of the Legal and regulatory framework (L).

Ex: HBDO affirms #Peru at ‘bbb’; Outlook Stable – EOL® Synthetic Rating Index | HBDO #Indexes.

ie : Peru rated at ‘bbb’/ Investment grade; Outlook Stable. It means for each EOL indicators, Peru gets :  ’b’ on quality of Entrepreneurship,  ’b’ on ease of conducting Operations, ‘b’ on quality of the Legal and regulatory framework and an outlook stable from the last quaterly maintenance.
