HBDO affirms #Rwanda at ‘Aba’; Outlook Stable– EOL® Synthetic Rating Index
Rwanda rated at ‘Aba’/ Investment grade; Outlook Stable. It means, for each EOL indicators, Rwanda gets : ‘A’ on quality of Entrepreneurship, ‘b’ on ease of conducting Operations, ‘a’ on quality of the Legal and regulatory framework. The last quaterly maintenance confirms an outlook stable.
