Ethiopia rated at ‘DbC’/ Selective Risk grade; Outlook Positive. It means, for each EOL indicators, Ethiopia gets : ’D’ (Possibility of selective default) on quality of Entrepreneurship, ’b’ (Lower Medium Grade) on ease of conducting Operations, ‘C’ (Currently Vulnerable) on quality of the Legal and regulatory framework. The last quaterly maintenance confirms an outlook positive.
