HBDO affirms #Malawi at ‘Dcc’; Outlook Negative– EOL® Synthetic Rating Index

Malawi rated at ‘Dcc’/ Non Investment Grade; Outlook Negative. It means, for each EOL indicators, Malawi gets :  ’D’ (Possibility of selective default) on quality of Entrepreneurship,  ’c’ (Highly Vulnerable) on ease of conducting Operations, ‘c’ (Highly Vulnerable) on quality of the Legal and regulatory framework. The last quaterly maintenance confirms an outlook negative.
